Wriggle Friendly

Quick, active games for little learners who aren't keen on sitting still.
Can even be done upside down - sort of.

Made to Stick

Actually Doable

Because even with the best intentions, life gets busy. Quick, easy and simple enough to actually use.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm TJ!

I’ve been teaching little ones to read for years and I’m a big believer that learning to read doesn’t need to be complicated or boring, especially those first little steps.

After using (and seeing!) lots of different resources, I finally thought, “You know what? I’m just going to make my own!”

The kind of simple, fun resources I wanted when teaching those tricky first letter sounds.

And honestly, putting them out there is a little nerve-wracking.

There are already SO many phonics products around.

But these are the cards I’ve made because I genuinely find them effective with the little ones I teach.

So I thought...

your little reader might find them useful too.

P.S. We're just getting started...

Sound Stories begins with those first letter sounds.

But there's more to the story.

We're creating simple resources to help you through those next little steps too, from blending sounds to beginning reading.

One chapter at a time.
